I am not a patient but I can say their staff was fiendly and respectful. While attempting to make an appointment, I was informed that they are no longer accepting new patients.
A respectful suggestion to the doctors and administrators. Please, update your website to inform the public your practice is no longer accepting new patients for the time being.
This saves individuals time and effort that could be invested in finding appointments with other specialists in the area.
A great dermatologist, the staff are super helpful and informative on what to use to help your skin. I’ve struggled with my skincare due to chronic illness, hormonal acne and dermatitis, I hardly got help from my doctor or any calls from the dermatologist when I dealt with painful scalp blisters in Aguadilla. Even if it’s a longer drive, I truly appreciate the commitment they do for their patients. They provide options for more affordable products, provide a more flexible appointment time for future visits, and answer any questions you have about your skin condition and health. It just makes me feel seen with these struggles rather than talked down to. Great service. 💖
If I could give ten stars I would. Receptionists were wonderful. Doctor and assistants were wonderful as well. They took care of me with professionalism and in short time I was out of the office. 100% recommended.
