I ordered a dozen mugs at the beginning of November. I paid 50% of the amount. We visited the store to see the first mug and approved it, hoping to have them ready for the company Christmas dinner (five days after the order). They told me there would be no problem with that much advance notice.
After paying and approving the design,
I sent them more than 10 emails asking when to pick them up.
I called them dozens of times.
I sent them WhatsApp messages (which they replied to, asking me to pay 50%), but after receiving the payment, they didn't respond.
We went to the store three times. It was closed.
They don't answer, they don't communicate.
Terrible customer service.
Today is dinner, and the mugs are gone.
Never again.
