After you have paid and approved the design,
I wrote them more than 10 emails asking when to pick them up.
I called them dozens of times.
I wrote them WhatsApp's, (which they responded asking me to pay 50%), but after charging they did not respond again.
We have been to the store three times, it was closed.
They don't answer, they don't communicate
Terrible customer service.
Today is dinner and the cups are not there.
