First, I have to start by saying, any negative comments about this place or any other like it from Americans, must have come from entitled Karens and Kens who simply dont have common sense or common courtesy. Alexis and the young lady at the front desk were extremely helpful for someone like me who isn't fluent in Spanish. Alexis was very knowledgeable and offered great recommendations based on my interests. The young lady at the front helped me get my license even with my terrible and limited Spanish vocabulary. All it took was a small effort on my part to try what little I knew, which they could understand clearly I'm not from here but I didn't want to assume they spoke English, plus even if you don't know Spanish, we live in 2025 google translate is a thing I'm sure everyone is aware of and everyone could at least prepare a few sentences for themselves before asking for something from someone. So 5 out of 5 for great customer service and great products. Prices resemble what I see back home, some were a little cheaper which is great. Sorry if I misspelled your name Alexis!

One word, QUALITY! Quality products and service. My favorite 2 things about BWell Carolina are my pharmacist, Natalie and that they’re actually open as the business hours are listed. Natalie and Amne consistently provide exceptional service and not just making sales, but they take the time to listen, and understand the patient needs & health goals. A great team overall both FOH and BOH. A quality selection of products to help any patient feel better.
