This dispensary has every type of oil cartridges available for the patient. I bought a Best Buds live resin cart yesterday, and let me tell you that's gonna be my cart of choice in the future.
My only caveat is to CHECK the packages that have no window or no feeling if there is a cart inside; right inside the store after purchase to avoid any awkward situations.

Called for service over the phone and was greeted by a man named ALFREDO. Took him a minute to juggle the phone around and finally figure out how to use it and finally says hello while coughing and chilocking on go knows what. He was very rude to say the least, kept calling me gentlemen with a sarcastic undertone over and over even after i asked him to stop calling me that. I was simply asking to speak with a supervisor which he also denied me that right. After asking for his last name so I could make a formal complaint he also denied me that right.
Bwell has some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Complete lack of respect and disregard for proper etiquette when it comes to dealing with people. I was simply calling to correct information that was not properly entered. After giving me the incorrect information he proceeded to transfer me to the dispensary, and then hung up on me. After I called back he said he could no longer transfer me and hung up without saying goodbye or giving me the chance to say anything else. If you have the luck of speaking with ALFREDO just do yourself the favor and hang up. Its a guarenteed dead end.
I truly do not understand what is wrong with the employees at this location. I would honestly put down A large bet and say that these employees have not received any time of formal customer service/ sensitivity training, what so ever. It feels like I’m talking to actual drug dealers that are SO UNBELIEVABLY UNHELPFUL AND RUDE.
