Best customer service on the island. But lately, weed’s been weak. What happened?????

The folks at the counter that help you are amazing. I love the customer service they serve up. Kudos to them.
BUT… the weed has fallen off even worse than the original above review I had posted about a couple months prior. Bought 3 - half ounces showing tests at 30%.
The weed was garbage. The taste was completely awful. It had a bad burn smell and bad taste. The weed at Tetra is usually piney and citrusy but this batch gave no soothing effect or any sensation for that matter, except an awful taste of burnt black pepper in your mouth.
I attempted to resolve this issue on 3 separate occasions, and their management offered no resolution. They only treated me like I was attempting to get something from them for free. Despite spending over $400 a month there. All I was looking for was a credit for the bad batch, or a replacement of the same product from a different batch. But nothing. Tetra offered no resolution and have now lost my confidence and business.
I evened purchased again after this bad purchase to prove that the batch sold was a bad batch. And sure enough, the new batch I purchased was okay (not great, but consumable).
I will never shop at this dispensary ever again. And will steer anyone who asks for my recommendation away from Tetra.
IMO, it is extremely sad how companies and corporations treat people in Puerto Rico, especially the natives. I bring this point up because I really felt that management believes Puerto Ricans are going to rip off the company. Living in both the US and PR, I can notice a difference on how one is treated in a store. And in PR, companies treat all people on the island like they are trying to take advantage of the company. And that’s exactly how Tetra made me feel dealing with this issue. It was unnecessary for me to have come back on three separate times for the same issue. Only to be rebuffed and told nothing will be done.

I am a Cannabis patient who lives in Caguas and traveling to Humacao to visit Tetra is the highlight of my week!
All the employees are excelent at customer service. Excelent prices on flower buds, 3gr x $28 + tax. I guarantee you'll walk out with a smile on your face😊😉🍁🔥
My s.o. has never had an issue before at this location usually speaks well of the great customer service. Unfortunately tonight they closed their doors before it was 9 pm. There were various other customers who were unable to be helped due to them closing doors ahead of time. Disappointing.
Half empty vapes they don't fill them all the way up, I've had this problem multiple times already and when you bring it to there attention the next day or call them they say you should of check it in the store, but truth is some times we tend to forget plus we shouldn't be doing their jobs we all know what a .5 is and 1g is so why do they do this? This is how TETRA MAKES THEIR PROFITS BY FINESSING THEIR LOYAL PAYING COSTUMERS.
I am very displeased with the recent antics that Tetra Humacao is using. This used to be my favorite dispensary but right now the premium buds which are supposed to be taken with the most care are being dispensed in cheap bags with a low quality seal that always leaves air gaps which makes the bud be dry and that is how they are taking care of the premium product which makes no sense, the cheap product is being properly dispensed in Jars that are completely sealed leaving the integrity of the product intact which makes me have to take the decision of not coming back and have to resort to drive to the metro area dispensaries again for good product. Very disappointing this.
Worst reply I've ever received. The pack doesn't make sure is fresh the tie is not even a zip tie and after opening it doesn't close completely and I have to save it on a stash. You are doing this because that is the cheapest and laziest way and I am never coming back.
