Great Prices and products, but the staff generally does not want to explain and go the extra mile when it comes to helping the customer be more informed on their purchase. The customer service is just not there with all of the employees, they just want you in and out, especially if you're not spending a big amount.

I started coming here around 2022, but it's been a while. I wanted a Mother's Day deal, and they have one listed for a zip at 50. The budtender begins explaining the bud without bringing it to let me see and smell it, which is the opposite of what most dispensaries do, sop I asked, and what I smelled were wet twigs. He shows me another strain, and I ask for the potency and terpene profile. He proceeds to explain that it smells earthy, etc. I stare blankly... then I clarify that I'd like to see the lab results. Rather than showing them, he tells me "myrcene and limonene are the dominant terpenes." You've said nothing but "it's weed" - it is rare for strains not to have myrcene and/or limonene in the top 3, but a profile is 6 terpenes or more. In any case, the more I looked the more I realized this was the bottom of the barrel... the worst dispensary I've visited in Puerto Rico in terms of quality, service, and variety. Very low standard. I haven't seen this low quality in Puerto Rico since 2015.
