TETRA Dispensary

The best dispensary in the area in my opinion. 1 of 2 of my go-tos but this one is probably my favorite due to the consistency of how they treat their customers and great deals. Christian is great! #1 bud-tender

We were sitting in the lobby for the first time, as FIRST TIME patients and while waiting for our turn inside my friend hit her nicotine vape not knowing she couldn’t do this inside…. A girl comes out to say she couldn’t service us because my friend hit her vape. We understand they are a private business and have their rules, and after being told we complied as we waited. but we were turned away. The manager, Greysh, was extremely rude, has no customer service skills. It’s NOT the message it’s the delivery. As a store manager at a dispensary in Florida, and a manager in the industry with 10+ years in customer service, I’m appalled at the awful service.

One of my favorite dispensaries. Lots of variety and the staff is amazing! I’m still new to the medical community and Ryan was a big help! I recommend coming highly for your first time!
