Amazing and fast service. My son was dealing with a bad ear infection. Dr. Torres and assistant came to the hotel and provided antibiotics and steroids my son needed to be a blue to fly back home. I am immensely grateful for the quick response and how helpful they were with the prescription.

I cannot recommend this practice highly enough to travelers. Ive been all over the world and in several medical situations. and After an absolutely absimal experience at a local ER (5 hours of waiting for them to add-service me after seeing my insurance and charging me plus ignoring my concerns...). I found Dr. Torres through a series of phonecalls. Their online registration took less than 5 minutes and I had a video call consultation in within 15 mins of that. My injury was fairly severe and should have had sutures (thanks to the ER we were well outside the window for those to work. So the Doctor took the time to explain what his assessment was, listened to my concerns and perscribed relevant medication and advised on wound care. Their prices are fair and their services are excellent and prompt. In a place where urgent care centers do not readily exist. They fill a void with realistic goals, services, and fair pricing. A week later and I am healing well. With no major issues. I'm grateful to Dr. Torres for his time, care, and consideration with my health emergency. I have and will continue to recommend him to my friends traveling to PR & will keep their number in my travel logs for when I return.

They claim they don't accept office visits — and honestly, that's fair... because the office doesn't exist. According to building security, there has never been such an office there. Ever. They've even received mail addressed to it, which they have to return because, surprise: nobody knows who they are. Let's be real — that office is like Bigfoot: lots of stories, zero proof.

Had the most amazing experience with Concierge Medical. My husband had food caught in his throat for 24 hours (he could breathe but not eat or drink). He was miserable but we were told by two GI nurses at home that there wasn’t much we’d be able to do for him outside of an ER. We decided to try Concierge thinking they could advise us whether we should fly home or go to a local ER. The doctor called us within a 1/2 hour. He was at the hotel 45 mins later with a steroid injection. He was super thorough and helped us get follow up meds through a local pharmacy which we didn’t need because he was better within an hour. I would recommend them to anyone. Not to mention that their prices were super reasonable and all the costs were explained upfront. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Dr. Torres was a true lifesaver!!! While on vacation I had a medical emergency and Dr. Torres made himself avaliable to come to my hotel and access me without hesitation. He treated my initial symptoms as well as sending in prescriptions for me late in the evening to a 24 hour pharmacy. He supplied me with all the documentation I needed to file a reimbursement claim with my health insurance as well as following up the day of my flight back home to check on how I was feeling. He truly made me feel so comfortable in a scary situation.
