My experience with Dr. Martínez was positive. He took care of my case seriously, did what was in his power and gave me the relevant referrals. The staff is very friendly and the location is convenient.
Go for injections, not real health issues. These aren't lucrative appointments, so they don't care. They don't answer their phones, they cancel appointments without warning, and they have a terrible mess with their texting system. One of the worst experiences I've had with a medical office.
Dr. Martínez has proven to be competent and empathetic in his consultation. There was no question about the diagnosis or treatment. The waiting room was comfortable, and the patient was very friendly upon arrival. Highly recommended.
I went with high hopes, but it wasn't what I expected. They don't answer by phone, everything is by text message. I'm from Toa Baja and the office is in Cupey, San Juan. When I arrived at the office, they sent a text message that the consultation was by phone. 🤔. The employee and the signs for the urine do not allow you to enter with a purse or bags, you have to leave your purse in your car. N-95 mask and if you don't have it, you have to wear a double mask, in other words, the appointment is terrifying. Haaaa and you have to enter a system to enter... all a sh... sorry but a lot. I told the employee that I was going to the bus, she is still waiting for me... I started my bus and left. At least I don't know, I don't recommend it to anyone.
