Terrible service. I waited six months for windows costing over $3,000, and they brought me a window with the width and length measurements reversed. Although the order had the correct measurements, the refinisher changed them in the document signed after his visit, emphasizing that he didn't specify the width and length (rather, they were misled by the fact that the first value, at the industry level, is width and the second is height), which led to confusion. They refused to honor that window and told me I had to pay for a new one. Prior to this, they had also changed the design of two windows without consulting me. I later agreed because it didn't look bad, and six months had already passed... I don't consider them a trustworthy company. The photo in question shows the window in the position it was supposed to be designed, and it's clear that it fits perfectly... but reversed. Cement walls have been in use for a long time, so it was impossible for the refinisher to reach any other conclusion if he had measured correctly. Update: The rectifier called me after the update to ask me to delete this comment and that he would come last Monday to fix the situation... I agreed to delete it or edit it to five stars if it was resolved... I was left waiting. He also called justifying the measures (in the form of a scolding) and said he had explained to me that it had to be done differently and that he explained this to me when I signed... but in that call, he miraculously managed to resolve it and do it as I originally requested.
