Not worth the aggravation. The saleman gave an appointment for a cost estimate for windows, with a date and time of his choosing. Then, he did not show up or called. That tells me the kind of service I 'm going to get from this company, not worth it.

Purchased some windows for my home in Puerto Rico..from the beginning, I realized that communication was not this company's strong point. After taking a deposit for an order which I was told would have the product available in 5 months, I never heard back from the company. I reached out to them numerous times via email and phone and eventually heard back from them. Windows took just shy of a year to arrive. Then the problems really began. The company installed the windows and they leak. Water is coming in from under the frame through the silicone seal. It's creating damage to my house and creating mold issues. There should be no reason why this can't be resolved. I have reached out to the company numerous times with no response. My recommendation is to stay far away from this company and find a better window manufacturer on the island. San miguel windows will take your money and do a shoddy install
