2 months agoThis was a last minute stop that turned into a favorite that I would absolutely come back to. The shares plate was lovely, salad was very refreshing and the lamb was tender and delicious. The service was some of the best I’ve had!! I would recommend this stop for a break from the usual food in PR. Thank you 🩷

2 months agoUnexpected but Fantastic Find! We were on our way to the Bacardi factory tour and needed lunch before. Came to try el Cairo after finding it on google and seeing so many positive reviews. Staff was very attentive and eager to explain what dishes consisted of. English and Spanish speakers welcomed, and food was great. Came during lunchtime and had specials— tried the beef, lamb, and chicken lunch specials and all were delicious. Next time we will save room for dessert!

4 months agoCairo is an excellent restaurant. The hummus was very tasteful and the pita was warm and soft. The Sultan had a little bit of everything and was quite filling. The Meat Comination (for 2) had more than enough for 2 people and the lamb chops were to die for. The atmosphere was breathtaking from the outside to the interior.

8 months agoAmazing place to hand out especially on a Friday or a Saturday night. They have live performances starting at 8:30p. Both the female and male performers are amazing. The music can be loud so it would be better to seat somewhere in the middle away from the speakers. The food is amazing as well- just tried the vegetarian. Don’t order the drinks apart from beer and fruit juices- they are not that great in the cocktail area.
