I had the pleasure of visiting the Real Elderly Nursing Home, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. This facility truly embodies the essence of what a home away from home should be for our beloved seniors.
The staff are not just caregivers, but compassionate individuals who go above and beyond to ensure the well-being of each resident. Their dedication and genuine concern for seniors is evident in every interaction. It is heartwarming to witness the level of care and attention they provide.
The home's facilities are exceptional and clean, catering to the unique needs of seniors. The common areas are inviting and comfortable, providing ample space to enjoy the tranquility of home.
Safety and security are paramount. The staff is highly trained to handle any medical emergency. This provides peace of mind to both residents and their families, knowing their loved ones are in good hands.
In short, the Real Elderly Nursing Home is a haven of care and comfort for our beloved seniors.
I wholeheartedly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place that treats seniors with the utmost respect, compassion, and dignity.
If you are looking for a home for your loved one, be aware of Real Elderly. There are other homes at the same price where your loved one can receive better care and attention.
Below are some points to keep in mind:
1. Private room: To see the room for which you are paying a monthly fee, you must notify them in advance. Be careful to verify if your loved one's belongings are there, as it is possible that the room you are paying for is not being used.
2. They deprive the person of their independence by minimizing the opportunity for them to go to the bathroom with assistance; instead, they prefer that they relieve themselves in a diaper.
3. There is no nurse. When the home was interviewed, we asked if they had a nurse and they said they did. Months later, it came to light that the home did NOT have a nurse.
4. There is overuse of medical services, such as specialist services, when the patient does not require them.
5. The home makes decisions without the family member's authorization. A patient who is unable to make decisions had their entire body shaved without prior authorization from the family member in charge. This resulted in skin conditions. See point 6.
6. They fail to report situations in a timely manner. After the entire body was shaved, the skin began to itch and become sensitive. It turned out that the patient developed and became infected with a skin condition due to poor hygiene that required immediate attention.
7. They fail to notify the family member when they are seen by a doctor, and they also fail to follow up on the results of tests performed, such as laboratory tests. Consequently, the family member, being unaware, cannot follow up with the doctor.
8. There is a lack of communication, and the communication that exists is ineffective.
9. They lose the patient's belongings. The patient's eyeglasses were never returned because they told us they didn't know where they were.
JUST MAKE A REVIEW. I DON'T KNOW WHO THE OTHER PERSON IS. EQUALLY, I DO NOT RETRACT WHAT I SAID. AND THE REVIEWS OF PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE DO NOT COUNT (LENNA AND R GOYECHEA). IT IS MORE EVIDENT WHEN THEY LEAVE THE REVIEWS ON THE SAME DAY.
THERE WAS NEVER A PROBLEM WITH THE TREATMENT PROVIDED BY THE CAREGIVERS. THEY WERE VERY KIND.
WHAT IS IT WHICH IS IT FOR THEM TO HAVE A SOCIAL WORKER IF SHE HAS NO VOICE OR VOTE AND NEVER PASSED THE INFORMATION TO THE CAREGIVERS.
ADDITIONALLY, SOMETHING I WANT TO MENTION IS THAT THE REAL AMBULANCE IS IN THE NAME OF THE SAME PERSON WHO IS REGISTERED IN THE HOME, ONE MICHAEL BERETTA AND THE ADDRESSES OF BOTH ARE IN THE SAME URBANIZATION. MR. BERETTA LIMITED TO SAYING THAT THEY RENTED THE HOUSE TO HIM FOR THE HOME.
IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, GO TO OPEN CORPORATE.
IT SHOULD BE SAID THAT WHEN THEY TOOK A PATIENT TO THE AMBULANCE, THEY WAITED FOR THAT AMBULANCE AND AFTER IT WAS DELAYED, WHEN THEY ARRIVED AT THE HOSPITAL, THEY LEFT THE PATIENT OUTSIDE THE AMBULANCE ALONE. THANKFULLY, A NURSE REALIZED.
I HAVE NO REASON TO MESS. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY DELICATE TOPIC. THEY SHOULD TAKE IT AS CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM TO IMPROVE.
THE CAREGIVERS ARE VERY GOOD AND VERY KIND.
I do not recommend this Home for the following reasons:
1) In less than a month, the patient had to be taken to the emergency room.
2) There is no good communication between employees and management. Some instructions for the patient were given to the social worker but the caregivers never found out.
3) They want to handle all communication via WhatsApp or text. They don't like calls, much less questions.
4) They are not allowed to see the room at any time.
5) The doctor does not visit the patient and they do not follow up on the results.
6) They perform medical services to the patient without notifying them.
7) They do not give an official contract.
I recommend that if you choose this place, you pay attention to everything.
A place where you can be calm about leaving your family member, I appreciate the communication and above all the excellent treatment for the patient, always putting quality of service as a priority, much success
