It was sweet and sour experience. Didn’t receive the instructions at email or anything everything was on the phone. When i deliver the cilinder I admitted it fall in front on the store, front on the store at the end i paid more for the damage than the services. Then i ask for the piece i broke cause i have to paid it and they said no. Totally unfair cause the person saw it it wasn’t intentional. But i think business is business
Excellent service, a wide variety of items for every occasion, and they have delicious, moist, ready-to-go cakes. They always get me out of a tight spot, and the staff is very attentive.
From everything for birthday decorations, arrangements, etc. They have cakes available at the moment, and they are very rich, I recommend them, homemade cake moist.....
I went to fill a balloon for a gender reveal. It was white, and the color of the confetti inside was clearly visible. They told me to choose another color. I chose a dark cream, and when they were halfway through filling it, they notified me that confetti was visible. They had already filled a little less than half of it, so I had to pay for that one and another one if I didn't want it. My point is, the employee should have known that color wouldn't work since they fill balloons daily. Terrible service.
