a week agoI went to the bad bunny concert on Saturday ,August 9th 2025 expecting an amazing night, but I left feeling deeply shaken — and not because of the music. Inside the arena, there was a feature where you could take fun photos at high-top tables with a nice background. But when you walk just around the corner, you’re suddenly faced with a coffin and a mirror that reads “This is your last photo.” I understand the message they were trying to send — “Don’t drink and drive” — but the way they chose to present it was incredibly inappropriate and triggering. There was no warning before you saw it, and they have no idea what personal pain people may be carrying into that space. Some people have lost loved ones to drunk driving… others to unrelated accidents… and for many, seeing a coffin so unexpectedly can open wounds they are still trying to heal. In my case, this was a very emotional trip. I lost my niece earlier this year when she was hit by a car. She was supposed to be with us for this concert. Seeing that coffin instantly brought all of that pain back, and it completely changed the mood of the night for me. While her passing wasn’t due to drunk driving, the display was still a painful and unnecessary reminder of my loss. If the goal is to encourage people to make safe choices after the concert — to take an Uber, to not drive under the influence — there are better, more compassionate ways to do it. Use powerful stories, videos, or survivor testimonials. Hand out flyers or give announcements. Offer that 15% off Uber code without traumatizing people in the process. A coffin with no context or warning is not the way. This display was a terrible idea, and I hope the organizers seriously rethink their approach in the future

2 months agoI had a good experience and the production of the concert that I went to was amazing. The ticket instructions could've been clearer but I am not sure if thats the arenas fault or the ticket agencies fault.
