Very disappointed from this place… Literally I wanted to visit them because my sister went and my few more friends and they liked it … but for me was very different experience first because they never text me about my appointment and I send the deposit but that was 2 months ago so I will forget of course… but she remind me about the appointment the same day 10 min before was the actual appointment. Then when I respond whoever text me back was so rude and I ask if she can schedule me another day or if I can go same day or the next day, since I never received the appointment reminder I forgot about it… she insisted that she send me a message and an e mail and I told her I never received anything and what number she send it because that was not me… she insisted she did send me. When I asked if she can make me another appointment any other day she said oh Bebe you need to pay another deposit for that. Like very unprofessional.
So yes I had very unpleasant experience. Make sure if you pay your deposit to put alarm to remind you ! Good luck.
Simply the best in brows, lashes, facials, wax and pampering. From the moment you enter, you can feel peace, surrounded by beautiful plants and good vibes ✨. Gina, Juan, Landy and Jessica, They all make sure you have a great experience from beginning to end. I have a very busy schedule and they always make sure to be on time for my appointment, I can say taht this is one of their top assets besides their great service. Would recommend 100000000%
The best Brow Bar in all of Puerto Rico. Gina is very talented, she has vast knowledge in her area, and most importantly, she will treat you like you've known her all her life. I don't let anyone touch my brows but her.
