My first time getting my brows done. Diana & her staff were so professional & courteous. They explained the process well taking away any doubts & fears i had. I felt very comfortable & at ease making it a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.
Very happy with my eyebrows! At first I was a little afraid of doing something permanent on my brows, until I found Perfect Brows, they did a beautiful job, and I am very satisfied and grateful. Also the attention and kindness are amazing! Thank you Diana and Lisa.
Sometimes I get nervous driving and arriving at places I'm not used to on emotionally difficult days. Sometimes I arrive late ⏰ by about 15 minutes. But I'm always in communication. Instead of telling me not to come because I was past the arrival time, this person made me get to the location just to cancel on me there It was so simple to cancel before making me go there. At that moment, I understood it and obviously, they didn't refund my deposit. But I found a place where they treated me so, so well that I would prefer to travel to Manati a thousand times and pay whatever it takes just to be waited for and treated nicely. Because a service like that is more than just some eyebrows or lips, it's a moment and the way you are treated.
