The restaurant has very beautiful décor. We went on a Sunday night, and there were quite a few people. Great atmosphere. The concept is designed so that diners can watch the chef as he prepares the dishes. The food was delicious—I was impressed. The service was average. They don’t have a wine list; they only had about three white wines. They should expand their wine selection. The cocktails are very good. I recommend it if you’re visiting Ponce.
Appetizer was incredible, we ordered the “Albondigas y Curry”.
We ordered two main course: 1) New york puttanesca, the flavor of the steak was okay, and the pasta was not that flavorful. 2) Classic mignon and risotto, mignon was great, but on the risotto it was undercooked. However, the flavor was amazing.
For cocktails we ordered a manhattan and it was perfect!
Overall good experience
Delicious food. We ordered the hummus with lamb, Filet Mignon, everything was perfect. The food, the service, & the atmosphere. Definitely place this spot on your list of best restaurants!
A Hidden Gem in Ponce: One of Puerto Rico’s Best Restaurants
I have been living in Puerto Rico for two years, based in Dorado, and in that time I have explored restaurants all across the island. Today I visited this open kitchen restaurant in Ponce that belongs on a very short list of the best dining experiences anywhere in Puerto Rico. This place is not only excellent, it is a true gem. The food, the service, and the atmosphere set it apart from so many others. If you want to taste some of the island’s finest, make the trip to Ponce and try this little treasure.
Amazing dinner experience at Diverso restaurant! I got duck confit and churrasco mamposteado and they were delicious ! 🤤 Our server was Heylie and she did an amazing job explaining us the menu she was polite and professional. Definitely we will be back ! ❤️
