Fantastic restaurant inside the Ponce Hilton Hotel. The service was top notch, everyone was looking to please us at all times. Wimbledon on the TVs and amazing drinks and delicious food.
The sweet pea soup is amazing. I love it. Chef made it with olive oil for me. I appreciate it. I like the baked escargots and seared wild salmon with white asparagus.
What a cool experience! The drinks here were the best we had in Ponce. Very well executed. The food was creative and delicious. Highly recommended for a whatever occasion.
Great dinner experience. Both had fresh fish and it was excellent. Our server was very good. Interesting menu with lots of pescatarian options. Quiet atmosphere in this busy resort. Highly recommended.
Don’t go! Over priced. We brought our Tia y Tio with us to dine on February 15,2024. 3 ordered the filet, temperature medium. Filet was so tough It was the worst filet we have ever had . Two were very well done , the other was medium well. Texture was not soft at all like a beef filet should be. The temperature , the taste was just awful. I can’t believe we paid $179 a couple . We spent over $500. I don’t believe it was even beef filet.
The Snapper I had was good just needed more seasoning.
The music was great except it was overly loud for the space . Couldn’t talk to eachother. We moved to the Don Q room. The Monchego cream brûlée was very good.
Louis , our server was great!
