Celebrated a birthday dinner here & was very pleased! From the staff, to the food & also the atmosphere was everything. Definitely enjoyed the wine, dinner & dessert! The staff knows how to take care of their customers & I appreciate that. We even received a complimentary birthday photo which was cool. We had the lobster mac & cheese, sezchaun green beans, sea bass & bread pudding for dessert. I would recommend a reservation but depending on the day/time I am sure they could seat you. We did valet & that was easy peasy. I would definitely recommend.

Dined here several times a year. Steak is consistently good. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable on pairings. Have had every cut from their filet to strip to dry age porterhouse and wagu steaks. Order your favorite or won’t disappoint. We have paired with both the wedge salad and the hide salad. The wedge is made with homemade blue cheese that’s incredible. Brussel sprouts we crispy and flavorful. Have had lobster ravioli, raw oysters, mashed potatoes. All were nice compliments. Definitely save room for their affogato I swapped out the tequila for frangelica and it hit the spot at the end of the meal.

I made reservations for this place in May. We were traveling to SanJuan for our Honeymoon/anniversary. They surely did not disappoint. Staff along with our server was extremely friendly. They even gave us a keepsake to keep for the occasion. It was a great experience. Will surely be back when we return to SanJuan.

Just ate at Morton’s Steakhouse at the Caribe Hilton in San Juan PR. I ordered a cold water lobster tail that costs over $50 for 8oz and they brought me a warm water lobster tail. After challenging this, the waitress said it was farmed in the east, whatever that meant. I kept telling her that I knew it was a warm water lobster tail and then, someone else came to challenged me saying the lobster was from Australia. I then told him that Australia is warms water and he stated he used to get those ( rock lobsters) growing up in California. For anyone that doesn’t know this, warm water lobster is much cheaper and less flavorful than cold water lobster. I just so happen to know what I eat, specifically what type of seafood I eat. How could an upscale restaurant like this one do this to their costumers and still challenge them? This is theft, they are charging for a much expensive product than what they serve. They ended up taking the plate off the bill, but I am just wondering how many customers they robbed and who’s keeping the profit.

We came here for anniversary dinner and it was busy but we made reservations on Open Table and were seated promptly. We had a Caesar salad, 16 oz ribeye steak, au gratin potatoes and chocolate cake. Everything was amazing including the mojito!
