I've been a customer since March 2020 and have made all my payments ahead of time but I will never again give this company business. Their customer service reps are super disrespectful with absolutely no manners...This company is terrible I wont ever recommend to anyone...DONT GIVE THEM BUSINESS!!!!!!

Warm greetings to all those doing their research to make an informed decision when choosing the right bank for their personal loan, car loan, etc.
I do not recommend this bank. The interest rate is very high compared to other banks. The currently acceptable payment options are: Payments via checking account or bank draft. They chose not to accept debit card payments, and that decision made it difficult for us, the customers, to pay without complications.
The iPhone and Android app and the website do not work for electronic payments. They have had this problem for over a year, and for some reason, they haven't fixed it. The only option they left us to pay, and only with a bank account, is to call the automated telepayment system or contact a customer service representative at the branch. They have a chat platform, although it doesn't specify the services offered via chat. On one occasion, I tried to make a payment via chat with the representative, Sheila, to which the aforementioned representative responded that I had to contact the branch. That solution defeats the purpose of having a chat platform. The customer service representatives are hostile to their customers. The good treatment and service simply aren't there. Be careful before using this bank.
