IT'S A SCAM
Unfortunately, my experience with this company hasn't been the best. Since 2023, I've been trying to get them to help me remove a paid-off account, but so far, I haven't received the assistance I expected. I feel like they haven't followed through on what they promised in terms of helping me fix my credit.
Additionally, when we settled the balance, I didn't receive any calls or follow-up from them, which was very disappointing. Overall, I haven't felt like they've provided the necessary support throughout this process.
Loyaltie Credit and Loyaltie Finance are unscrupulous companies that scam people by claiming they'll fix your credit, but the reality is they don't. Once you settle or pay the monthly installments, they don't call you to follow up, but if you fail to pay, they harass you to collect and add late fees. Don't fall for the lies these people are trying to steal your money.

This company is useless. They charge me without authorization and they know it was their mistake, and to top it all off, I have to wait 30 days for my money back. And a bank works this way. They're inept and irresponsible.

2 years agoThey didn't approve it because my account was low without enough funds. I wanted to empty my account, be careful.
