One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had the displeasure of having. I cannot manage to get into contact with an actual agent unless they’re calling about a payment. It should not be impossible for me to just talk to someone. Overall the employees are okay but I can’t even talk to anyone. Their email service is also horrible. Absolutely terrible experience overall. I cannot wait to never have to associate with them ever again. Just terrible.
The online services provided are subpar and prone to error. The customer services available to solve problems are innacesible and purposefully obtuse as to discourage customers from solving their problems. The staff are unresponsive, dismissive, and rude. There is no reason to do business with them. Avoid at all costs.
Rarely have I been so poorly served and disrespected by a provider. I will never again do business with them and hope to be done with them sooner rather than later. Do no business with them!
Call in then press 9 for English then they’ll answer in Spanish then hang up on you or you’ll setup the call back system where you’ll get a call back when the next rep is available but when they call you you’ll have to start at the beginning and go thru all the prompts again. The thing about Toyota in Puerto Rico is they will give you service you for sales in English but then when you need customer service or financing or an oil change, you’re not gonna be able to get proper service. Even an upper echelon Japanese company like Toyota can’t get it right in Puerto Rico.
Worst costumer service ever. Did a transfer title request since January had to spam them to get an answer and they took forever to process the information, they didn’t give clear instructions of what they needed so each time we submitted the info they needed something different but they didn’t specify what. Had to call several times to get help. Just to get declined but we never got the answer why.. they said to wait for the mail, almost lost my car because of them I decided to go with another bank due to inefficiency
