Wow! I am beyond impressed with this florist! We had a death in the family and I was able to quickly order this arrangement and it was delivered the same day without fail. They even sent me a photo of it! It was absolutely stunning and I could not be more pleased. I would absolutely order from them again. I highly recommend them!
Living in the States, I was find it difficult to get a flower arrangement. In Puerto Rico Bella Flor when on and beyond their duty. They made a Get Well arrangement and delivered it to the Hospital within hours. The quality of the flowers was excellent as was the presentation.
I was so pleased that I was able to order flowers for my mother in Puerto Rico, living in Oklahoma. The service was amazing. The delivery was fast. I am very pleased and will be ordering flowers again from this location. Thanks again for bring my mother so much joy.

Two days before the scheduled viewing I called the funeral home that was arranging the funeral services for my grandmother and they referred me to Bella Flor. I am in the USA and for convenience of selection and customization of products, the funeral representative recommended to check out the website. The arrangement was posted and the process of ordering and customization was a breeze. I got a confirmation after the purchase. On the day of the viewing, I didn’t check the email before calling Bella Flor, if I had I would have noticed a delivery confirmation email. Still, the phone representative was cordial and confirmed the arrangement was delivered. Subsequently, I saw the email which included a photo of the arrangement. It was beautiful and the in-person family confirmed the same. Thanks so much to Bella Flor.
