Ordered wedding flowers for my wedding on 2/15/25. I placed my order with the owner and requested a mix of pink and white roses with eucalyptus and ranunculus mixed in. The bouquet size I requested was medium. I also wanted to add a matching boutineer for my husband to wear. The flower shop insisted that this was no problem but because my order was due after Valentine’s Day, they wanted me to pay a week or two before Valentine’s Day. I had no problem doing that and paid them on 2/4/25. I also paid additional money for delivery to my hotel where I was getting ready for my wedding. The problem was, day of my wedding they forgot about me. I started to wonder where my flowers were around 10am. Then I waited until noon and flowers still did not show up. I had my sister call the shop. The owner answered and asked about my order and what type of flowers I had ordered. I knew right then and there that they forgot about me. My sister said that we were leaving within the hour and needed flowers. Luckily the shop was able to piece something together and get it delivered before we left for the ceremony. The flowers were not at all what we had originally ordered but the shop at least delivered something to me. The flowers quality was not great. The bouquet started to wilt early in the day and the bouitneer was literally falling apart by the time the ceremony ended. It was disappointing but I’m glad they had the decency to at least deliver something for me to have on my wedding day.

We got Married on December 7,2024 and arrived in San Juan on the 4 of December i didn't have to much time for my flowers I called this flower shop and explained that I needed a bouquet and a botnair and a center piece for the private reception.And this flower shop said no problem will do for you and outstanding bouquet don't stress we have this omg was the best pick thank you so much for the love you put into my flower's am so greatful.

DO NOT USE FOR VALENTINE'S DAY / NO USAR PARA EL DÍA DE SAN VALENTÍN ! Last year I used this florist for valentine's day and the flowers came wilted near death. Then they sent a 'how did we do?' email and I showed them photos and got no reply. They don't care !!

I called from California to order a bouquet and wanted exotic flowers. Spoke to Kevin who worked with me over the phone and created the perfect bouquet of flowers for my daughter's birthday. She loves it and so do I.
