I was reffered to this flower shop by the hotel I booked. I thought that this was going to be a challenge as I don't speak fluent Spanish. Nonetheless a member of the staff David stepped and blew me away with his patience and empathy. He was extremely professional and patient as he helped me plan my flower surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. He went above and beyond to take care of every single detail from my choice of flowers to how to build my arrangement. Can I say I was blown away by the final product. I could not have asked for more. He gave me more than I payed his service was invaluable as it helped me create a lasting memory for my girlfriend and I. Thank you David for everything, you even called me back to mitigate the good Friday holiday that would have derail my plans a week before we were set to arrive. I would highly recommend you choose flores y services for any floral arrangements!

Great selection of fresh roses and other flowers, orchids. Good prices

I’ve been a loyal customer of this shop for three years, spending over $2,000 on orchid arrangements for my wife. Unfortunately, after today’s experience, we won’t be coming back. My wife visited the store to purchase a simple bouquet for a friend and left in tears. She asked if a florist could help her put together a bouquet, and an older gentleman with glasses said he would check the back. Instead of offering fresh flowers, he presented old, unappealing bouquets. When she inquired about peonies, his response was not just unhelpful but condescending: "Do you know how much peonies are? They're $50 each." This assumption about her willingness or ability to pay was unnecessary and insulting. To make matters worse, the peonies were already fully bloomed and wouldn’t last long at that price. Despite this experience, she still purchased a small bouquet—only for it to be wrapped in a plain piece of paper, all for $25. This is not the level of service or quality we expect, especially after years of supporting this business. While I’ve always appreciated their orchid arrangements, this experience has made it clear we need to take our business elsewhere.

My wife and I were in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in November to celebrate her 50th birthday. I had this exquisite flower arrangement sent to our hotel room. The florist was amazing. I thought the flower arrangement was priced appropriately. I highly recommend this florist.

The place was cozy, welcoming and clean. The staff is very nice and their service outstanding. I got my order changed because they didn't have orange flowers, which is what I originally wanted with yellow. But, they suggested high magic rose which I had never seen before. The bouquet came out looking beautiful! I'm happy they didn't have what I originally wanted haha. The suggestions were great from the beginning, and their merchandise super fresh. The flowers looked freshly cut, and smelled amazing.
