I ordered this bouquet a full week in advance, expecting a fresh and vibrant arrangement. Instead, I received flowers that were clearly past their prime—some with bruised petals, droplet marks, and curling edges. For $105.93, I expected quality, but what I got looked as if it had been sitting for days before being picked up. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the price and the fact that I planned ahead to ensure freshness. If I wanted wilted flowers, I could have picked them up at a grocery store for a fraction of the cost. I regret trusting this service and will not be ordering again. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere if they want quality and reliability.

I ordered a flower arrangement from Flovers on August 14 at 9:00 AM, and the recipient received it at 12:00 PM the same day, which was amazing! The arrangement met my expectations and even exceeded them, especially since I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews. I highly recommend placing an order, and I suggest calling to confirm that they received it and that all the details are correct. I would definitely use them again.

I ordered flowers from Texas for my cousin who delivered in San Juan, PR and the delivery was perfect! After I purchased, someone from the shop contacted me to ask me what message I would like to include. They also provided me with live updates on delivery status. The bouquet was beautiful and arrived to the hospital with no issues! I would absolutely order from them again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OF A BUSINESS! If I could give zero stars, I would. This so-called “flower shop” is the most unprofessional, incompetent, and downright dishonest business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I ordered a beautiful bouquet for a special occasion, paid a hefty price for it, and guess what? The flowers NEVER ARRIVED. I called, emailed, and even tried contacting them through their website—radio silence. When I finally got someone on the phone, they gave me the most pathetic excuse I’ve ever heard (“Oh, we had a mix-up with deliveries”—yeah, right) and promised a refund. Spoiler alert: I NEVER GOT IT. To make matters worse, when I left a message asking about my order again, they had the audacity to block my number! What kind of business does that?! Their customer service is a complete joke, their delivery is nonexistent, and their management must be run by a bunch of con artists. I’ve never been so furious over a simple flower order, but when you’re paying for something that never shows up and the company refuses to acknowledge it, that’s outright theft. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from this scam operation unless you enjoy throwing your money into a black hole and getting absolutely nothing in return. Absolute garbage business—I hope they shut down.

Absolutely gorgeous. I ordered bouquet for my friend’s birthday and it came beautiful. Not exactly as the picture as the store has different flowers every day but still very nice. I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend this place.
