Wow. What an amazing company. They went above and beyond to help me. I live abroad and needed sympathy arrangements ASAP. One of the arrangements I picked needed a picture to be printed, since the company didn’t have enough time to have it ready, I ordered from Walgreens and they went to trouble to pick it for me, then they used their own portrait frame to make it look beautiful. At the last hour I ordered an extra bouquet and many boutonnières, and they made and delivered them as well. Jeremy was supper attentive and helpful. I am very happy with their services.
Ordered for a dear friend of mine on her birthday, thrilled with the product. Excellent communication surrounding delivery, and a friendly staff at their Dorado location. And a local business too! Couldn't ask for more.
Customer service is not great. I have ordered a lot from French Tulip over the last few years and today there was a glitch in the system where I was not charged for delivery. I was sent a cryptic email to call them and was made to either purchase more to get ‘free delivery’ or pay the $15 delivery fee. I spoke to 3 different people to get this done. I understand this is a small business and every penny counts, but some battles have to be chosen more carefully, especially if it’s a system error that’s not the customer’s fault. The time and energy was wasteful for everyone.
Alright! So it's Valentine's Day, and you know this is the ultimate test for a flower shop.
First let's get the only minor inconvenience I had out of the way:
Due to the volume of orders, they didn't answer the phone on this day. All in all, that's understandable. However, if you're someone who worries like me, all I can say after today is that you can trust they'll deliver on time.
Now, on to the good:
My significant other received her flower arrangement at her workplace super on time and the presentation was just flawless and beautiful. It's even better than I expected, from the pictures on their website. They really excel in presentation, I have to say. I'll just let this picture do the talking and end with saying thank you SO much, French Tulip! You came through, and that's what matters most on Valentine's Day. ❤️🔥

6 months agoThe company does not provide reliable delivery service even when ordering way ahead of time. Need to work on customer service and delivery services.
