I came here seeking advice/help for lettering options for my Grandfather's tombstone. Despite not purchasing any arrangements they were kind and patient directing me towards alternate stores for my needs. Kindnesses like these are always a blessing and I left appreciating the level of attention they gave me. Would definitely recommend this business.
Phenomenal customer service provided by Yazmin!! She was so attentive to every detail and went over and beyond to assist me. I wanted to send a flower arrangement to my Mom who had just undergone knee surgery. Even though they normally don’t deliver on the same day … she made it happen! I chose the Sunny Radiance arrangement and they didn’t have all the flowers in stock but she gave me alternatives to substitute and kept the price within my budget. The end result looked even prettier than the one I originally picked out! She even texted me pictures for my sign of approval before delivery. I would recommend this flower shop to everyone! My Mom was so happy she said it brightened her day!!

Ordene flores para el cumpleaños de mi madre, me costo 90 dolares y le llevaron 6 rosas y como 10 claveles!!!! Le escribi y les dije de mi descontento con las flores y jamas me respondieron. NO vuelvo a comprar de ellos.
I ordered flowers fro my moms bday they charged me 90 dollars and they deliver like 6 roses and carnations flowers (super cheap flowers) I wrote to them and let them know how unsatisfied I was with my purchased and they never returned my message. I will never ever buy from them again and I do not recommend them!!!!

I was going on a business trip so I knew I wasn't going to be able to even call my mom on Mother's Day! I normally go with 1-800Flowers, but decided to support a local business instead and tried this particular flower ship. The webstite looked professional and they had a wide variety of options.
I placed my order on April 28th, for delivery on Friday, May 8th. I figured this way, I'd get ahead of the Mother's Day rush and ensure delivery since my mom almost always goes out with the family for Mother's Day.
I mean, this is a flower shop. Their entire business model is take the order, process payment, make the arrangement, and deliver on time. That's it. That's a flower shop does. That is all they do.
Evidently 11 days notice wasn't enough. They never showed up on Friday. I was able to get my sister the order informtion and she called on Saturday. At first they said they would deliver that day. As the day went on and nothing came in, my sister called again and this time they said they wouldn't be able to deliver.
This morning I get an email from the shop explaining about a sick employee. I gave them 11 days advance notice, and they give me a "sick employee" excuse.
No thanks. Never again!
