Few food trucks and the food is delicious but pricey. Authentic food made on the spot and has whatever you might be craving. The sun makes it super hot so they have an area in the shade to sit and eat.
This place honks. Super good drinks, super good food. Only thing I did not love was how loud the music is but that's because I'm a weird nerd, most people probably love it.
As someone who was only visiting I was treated very kindly by all the different trucks, even though I was asking who they thought made the best food.
Everybody loves FTP. There’s something for everyone; Food trucks, a bar, picnic tables, a covered stage/dance floor, DJ booth, Alex the cat, etc. La Chona, Yummy Dumplings, Pa’l Pita are some of my favorites, but I haven’t even tried everything yet. Big hearts all around.
great concept, lots of tables, plenty of umbrellas. they have a bit of a wodden rise with a tv playing some sports, that provides good enough coverage against the rain. most trucks close around 10pm so be sure to get there early. they have their own little parking lot behind the park for customers which is pretty convinient. overall they have about six different trucks with wildly different cuisines and lots to explore. the location is pretty central and thus convinient. would definitely recommend this place, only thing to keep in mind is the prices. some trucks are a bit pricey while others are affordable.
Let me tell you first off go on a Thursday. They have salsa lessons taught by a wonderful human being forgot their name but they hosted a class while we drank and ate very pleasant food. The prices of the food and drinks are pretty on par with a lot of metropolitan cities in America, and the people were fabulous. The neighborhood and community pretty much 50/50 tourist and locals was a great vibe. The energy of the Food Truck Park is what captivated me as I ventured down the streets looking for a late night snack.
Well, if you can see by the videos I really enjoyed the salsa scene and so did the “local Tio.”
I had a total of 4 drinks which cost me about $8 dollars a drink, and had some pretty good sliders from the corner truck (also forgot the name… the black one??).
