Very unprofessional business. Went be yesterday to see some recliners for older person with mobility issues. We were asked to wait in the reception area. Half hour later no acknowledgement whatsoever. We asked the receptionist is anyone ever going to see us as we don't even have an update. The answer was " well we only have 1 salesperson and they are busy " . Not even a sorry for the delay , let me see how long it will be . And why would a company not allow yiu into the showroom to start browsing at products ? Unreal. That means they are a high pressure sales business. After further reading other reviews we are glad we didn't buy here. We went to a competitor near by and had excellent service with same day delivery. Not sure how this place is in business. Shameful unprofessional disregard of a prospective customer.
The person in the front was not helpful. She seemed annoyed and refuse to answer questions. Just repeated that in order to get help we had to do an appointment. Ok that is reasonable her attitude on the other hand was not. She even made it a point to continue to act annoyed even when we requested her to give us an appointment. Not sorry to report that we bought a nice king size, multi position bed with another seller. Great price and warranty. My advise go someplace else.
On an additional note: No, my name will not be registered since my husband was the one to give you his information.

The salesman giving us an orientation in our home was pleasant and knowledgeable. When we arrived at the showroom un Bayamon, we were met with a receptionist with a condescending attitude. She did not want to believe that we had had an
orientation. She left us waiting in the parking lot for 30 minutes, when all we wanted was to simply see the mattress. We spent that time contacting a representative for a comparable product, who knows how to treat customer. We also saved over $2000 by looking elsewhere.
