Stay away from Home + Patio Gallery. The merchandise is low quality and the customer service is worse. We are in the process of furnishing our new home, in the past month we have purchased furniture at several nearby stores, including Viva Carpets, Ambiente Moderno, and Koper. We learned that Home + Patio Gallery has the worst customer service of all. In fact, once you purchase furniture from them, the only way to contact customer service is by email. There is one phone number that connects you to a call center, where the person will instruct you to send an email. This furniture store is very expensive, and when you purchase expensive items you expect a certain level of customer service that simply does not exist at Patio Gallery. We purchased more than $7,000 worth of furniture. Not only do they charge you for delivery fee, but they also charge you an installation fee. Patio Gallery is the only store that charges you an 'installation fee' to screw in table legs and chair legs. But beware, the installation fee does not include removal of the large cardboard boxes from your home. There are large cardboard boxes in our home that we now have to dispose of. The worst part is that our furniture arrived dirty and rusty, the rude installation guy said to send an email. We sent and email, because of course there is no one to help you on the phone, and when we finally got replacement furniture, this second set was also dirty and rusty. When we asked the delivery driver to please give us the phone number of the supervisor he was talking to on the phone, the supervisor did not allow the driver to give us her phone number. This is $7,000 worth of furniture, the least that the supervisor could have done was talk to us on the phone, especially after the second set also arrived dirty. So, now we are stuck with rusty and dirty furniture, large cardboard boxes, and no recourse but to come to google. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE, where customer service will be better.
This store has beautiful merchandise, but trying to get it to your house after you purchase. It is a nightmare. I spent $8000 in the store and I would want to spend a whole lot more but because of how difficult it has been just to arrange delivery I would never ever shop here again. It has been three to attempt now to deliver my furniture they partially delivered some of it. They have $3000 worth of it still that they will not bring to me. I have waited for this twice now wasting two days of my time and not had all of my furniture delivered. Also very frustrating that no one told us that these items would come completely unassembled or that no one would open anything once they got here. I have a back injury. I can’t physically lift anything so this bed that I ordered is now sitting in my bedroom and no one can assemble it. It’s so frustrating. I have no idea why they won’t deliver the other three pieces of furniture, but I have contacted them multiple times today and no one has responded to me literally ignored my text messages completely so I’m disputing this charge tomorrow. It’s really unfortunate that now I have a bed that doesn’t have the furniture that match. it’s really Insane now reading the reviews that I see on Google how you guys have done this to the exact same people I just wonder if the owner of your store knows this is happening to his business because he was such a nice guy and I would be very shocked that if he knew how you guys were making it so difficult for people to get the merchandise that they paid for it’s highly unfortunate that you’ve treated us this way. There were so many things in your store that I wanted to buy from you that I will never now get so thanks a lot for ruining that for me And the whole experience of having brand new furniture. It’s really really really disheartening how you treated us seriously, please treat people better. You have no idea how difficult it is to find furniture here and you wasted about three months of my time I purchased this in November you guys literally are so rude to do this to us. We will be disputing this charge in the morning since you won’t respond to us and you won’t give us the furniture.
Today I received my patio furnitures. It’s 6:20 PM and I am still waiting for the installer.
Obviously they will not show up like they promised me early this afternoon.
The worst thing in life for me is to tell me a lie in my face.
I decided to revise my previous review and make it a 4 stars.
It’s not a 5 stars because there was an issue with the supposedly installers that never came.
The truth is that the manager did contact me like he states below and did apologize for the inconvenience.
The reason for the change is the product quality and beauties. We really, really like them.
I strongly recommend you this patio store as long as you can install the furniture yourself( not complicated) or you outsource a third party company.
The worst customer service ever. I bought an expensive sectional and one piece broke after 3 months. We did everything possible, called and email and haven't heard anything since the tech came to the house about 4 months ago. NOTHING! NO EMAIL NO CALLS , NOTHING! The sales agent keeps saying that she's going to look into it and NOTHING! If I could give it a 0, I would. Reply after comment from the company: email doesn't even work!!!! Just answer the emails from garantia@patiogallerypr.com and you will get the info. Why have an email for claims if you don't even answer the correspondence. Also customer service is from Colombia and they don't even know what's going on. Horrible service. I want my new piece.
DON’T BUY HERE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! On December 7, 2020, almost 2 years ago, I bought a Viking Regal P + Jacuzzi at Home + Patio Gallery from Roosevelt Avenue. Since the begging the jacuzzi had problems; the Bluetooth speakers did not connect properly, the sound went on and off, the first time after filling it with water, the part of the connection between the panel and the electricity was wet inside and the jacuzzi did not come with the protection piece that should be in the outlet of the cable in the back. I properly registered the guarantee with the manufacturer and sent by email every photo, document, and proof that they asked me. It wasn’t until NOVEMBER 2021 and after we told to Catherine Rosado that, if the problem persisted, we intended to go to DACO, that the technician changed the Bluetooth piece. On top of that, right after that the jacuzzi light stopped working! On November 30, 2021 we had to do ANOTHER claim for the jacuzzi light. TODAY 1 YEAR AFTER THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED. THEY SOLD US A $7,999.99+ ivu + $250 (transport) total $ 9.169.99 damaged JACUZZI AND GAVE US A CHEAP CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never coming back.
