My entire experience from start to finish with Home and Patio Gallery has been terrible. Well—I can’t even finish my relationship with the store, because I’ve been waiting in line in the pickup for my furniture for over an hour and I still don’t have it. I am a new resident to Puerto Rico and have now dealt with several furniture stores on the island. This one is a disgrace and embarrassment to the Puerto Rican community. I will not shop here again, nor will I ever suggest anyone else shop here. It’s obvious they care more about profit than customer service. I don’t say this lightly: the owners should be embarrassed. A major change in management is necessary.
UPDATE:
I was contacted by store representative Valeria Loyo, who came to my home with the repair team and assured the chair was so that it alligned up correctly.
Ms. Lolo was polite, and followed through with her time estimates.
I was not able to be there physically to verify the mechanics work as they should but trust they do. I am changing my review to 4 stars until next month when I can verify in person.
I will switch the review to 5 stars at that time as I was very happy with how the issue was corrected.
I would suggest to the store to possibly change the reporting of issues to be a bit easier.

I bought a sofa chair that was defective at the outlet and they refused to supply me with replacement peices. I emailed multiple times. Only got automated responses. Chatted and the employees kept directing me to email addresses that no reply from a person was supplied.
Again. The email provided by Valeria is not working. The worst customer service. Not one person has called to give an update on a piece of furniture that was damaged just 3 months after buying. I first made the claim in August 2024 and I have not had any B response as to where or when I'll receive my replacement piece. Peor servicio al cliente. The worst thing is that these are not cheap pieces of furniture!
I love my felicity bedroom set in white finish. It's so beautiful. I'm very happy with the quality. Very satisfied with the service as well. Will definitely be buying more furniture from H+P in the future.
