4 years agoWe paid for furniture, 10 days have passed and it is time that they have not delivered it to me (they have made 2 attempts and both times they have brought the wrong product). I have called multiple times to contact the seller and have not received a call. I also asked for a quote for kitchen furniture and I didn't receive it either. It seems that in Puerto Rico the client must follow up to be sold, when the seller's function should be to find clients.

5 years agoA terrible place. I ordered and paid for a chair in advance, and after calling and being told it was in the parking lot, I waited 45 minutes, and no one ever came to bring me the chair. I went to the door and no one attended to me. Terrible service. If you've already paid, you shouldn't have to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes for your order, especially if you arrive at the agreed-upon time.
