Hacienda San Pedro is a Puerto Rican coffee farm and also coffee shop in the island. They are the most premium high quality coffee in this region. I’ve personally been to their farm and they even show you how to pick the coffee cherries, how to roast and how to make your own coffee.
I digress, this location is special. They are embedded in the well known artistic and renowned academic neighborhood of Santurce, a minute from many Museums, convention centers within the arts district. This coffee shop is the most professional yet high quality coffee experience you could have. I cannot recommend this enough.
I don’t want to be dramatic or anything, but I genuinely believe that this is the best coffee shop in the world. I order coffee and breakfast like it’s my job and travel a bunch for work. This is THE spot. The coffee makes me want to cry it’s so good. Seriously. Find me a better latte I dare you. The food is also great, the people are friendly and I do a pilgrimage every time I’m in PR. The coffee is so good I dream about it. Run don’t walk here.
My time at Hacienda San Pedro was very good. Had a small late and a toasted croissant with mozzarella and guava butter. This combination was extremely good. Santurce has many great coffee shops, this one has a high quality coffee at a great value.
I can say I am a coffee “connoisseur” it may sound snobby but I am not!
This is one of the best coffee places in PR. No doubt about it…ambiance: it reminds so much about Paris (not snubby ) but it does. Baristas are great, specially Ian…amazing. Go and have some coffee, it is the best!
