For years, I’ve had the most incredible experience at Cardón & Erman Salón, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I step through the door, I’m greeted with such warmth and professionalism that I instantly feel at ease. The ambiance is stunning—modern yet cozy, with calming music and immaculate attention to detail in the decor. It’s clear that every element of the salon has been carefully designed to make clients feel pampered. The service itself is beyond exceptional from start to finish, thanks to the entire staff. And when I say “entire,” I mean every single person! A special shoutout goes to Maribel Borroto, who has been doing my hair for years. She is not only highly skilled but also incredibly attentive. Every time I have an appointment with her, she takes the time to understand my needs, patiently explains each step of the process, and offers personalized advice to help me maintain my results at home. It’s evident that she works from the heart and genuinely cares about delivering the best possible outcome. Also her hair styles are like art work! When I first met Maribel, my hair was in terrible condition—I was even losing hair. I cannot thank her enough for saving it! I have extremely long blonde hair, which is notoriously difficult to maintain, especially in this humid climate. Since Maribel has been taking care of it, my hair has been the healthiest it has ever been. Her knowledge and expertise leave me in awe. I receive compliments almost daily because my hair looks so natural, flawless, and overall healthy! Words cannot fully capture the outstanding service and care she has provided me over the years. I always leave the salon feeling valued as a client and like a brand-new person. I just love Natalia. Every time I stay in San Juan I go to her. She has so much skill and talent & does everything right for my hair. She's so sweet, which makes the entire experience even better. I came in for a redo on my blonde hair and she gave me the best makeover. I love her and all that she does for me! 🩷

I had an appointment scheduled with Natalia because she always does my hair color. When I arrived they said she went home a few hours ago. No one notified me about this until arrival. My hair is now black and not the color I wanted. Disappointed with how this was handled. UPDATE: I spoke with the owner today. He said because this is the 2nd time I’m complaining about my hair color results that I’m no longer welcome as a customer 🫠I’ve come here over 10-12 times over the past several years. I don’t expect people to get it right 100% of the time. Not the best way to receive negative feedback.

My wife and I have come in a few times and it's always perfect. Jose does an incredible job. He truly understands everything about hair and can cut, style, and color amazingly well. My wife has fine, curly hair and I have very thick, dense hair and on our first visit he crushed it. He remembers you when you come back, remembers your hair type, and is so friendly. We enjoy coming in and will always come back!

Been coming here for 2 years- Jose gives the best cut and color! I have long-ish hair for a male and Jose skillfully produces the perfect haircut every time. Nice salon, full of professionals. Very clean too
