Jorge stood out for his knowledge and ability to listen, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and delivering a result that met my expectations perfectly. Adriana also did an exceptional job, and the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff made for a very pleasant visit. Overall, I was very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend this salon to others.

Worst haircut I have ever gotten. I got given a trainee that clearly didn't understand what I wanted. I asked for long layers in the back and face framing in the front, because my hairs curly I wanted it chin length when curly. All they had to do was cut an inch from my original hair because it was perfectly done for years before. They turned me to the side so I couldn't see what they were cutting and instead of cutting at an angle I heard a snip. If your framing hair you never cut horizontally. The woman quickly got jorge because she didn't know how to face frame. Unfortunately the damage was already done. I look like I have a bob at the front that won't grow back for years because the chunk of hair she took out was so thick.
ALSO. On the website I picked jorge to do the cut and got given someone who wasn't even on the website. Don't go here if you have hair that you care about.
It was okay. I got some advice from Jorge, and I appreciated it. Only asked for him to even my hair out since I'd already cut it short. What I didn't appreciate was how it felt rushed, and the end result when I came home showed me this precisely, as one of the sides had a longer strand of hair still sticking out. He was nice and did a good job overall.
