One of the more pleasant experiences I have had being at a salon with the perfect combination of relaxation and a good time! Wow 🤩 thank you Omar and Alex for taking such good care of me and focusing on the details that most salons tend to overlook. Already scheduled my next visit hehehe
I expressed how I was unsatisfied with my results, and they accused me of “dying it after my visit”! Which is extremely false and very unpleasant coming from professionals and it being a $380 hair appointment(WHY WOULD I DO THAT?!).. I communicated to the stylist Alex that I was un-pleased and he ignored me. My only reason for booking a second appointment when I initially did my hair was because I wasn’t satisfied with how the bottom right side of my hair is clearly NOT blonde ! •update: they continue to mock my concerns about my hair and blocked me off their IG page just because I voiced my concern about my hair•
I was having a difficult time finding a place that cuts men’s straight hair until I was recommended this place. The service is professional. Alex and the staff are knowledgeable. Thank you Velvet Salon & Spa
Excellent service. On time schedule. Great haircut. Employees cortesy 100% . Cleaning 100%. Michael stylist is awesome. Recommended 100%. Velvet Salon is on Top.
