I got pink highlights and I had such an enjoyable experience here. The vibe was very welcoming and kind. The lady doing my hair was very nice and reassuring about my hair. I absolutely love my hair.

Amazing experience!!! I was on vacation and was able to at the last minute schedule an appointment for a haircut and not only that, but they were also able to see my husband. Julio was amazingly friendly and accommodating and Aixa was not only friendly but a superb stylist. Their prices are very affordable. Highly recommend!!!

I went again to the Whatever Salon yesterday for color. They did a FANTASTIC job! Iza was able to give me the exact color that I wanted. Even though I didn't get highlights it looked as though I had. I highly recommend Whatever Salon. You will go away happy and looking beautiful. Google won't let me add another review so I had to edit this one. I wish I could give them 10 stars! What a wonderful salon experience! I had a Keratin Treatment at Whatever Salon, and I am beyond happy! I've been in Puerto Rico for a month and a half and have had a couple of beauty salon nightmares! Needless to say, I was a little nervous about trying yet another salon. The first thing I noticed is that they had wonderful reviews on Google. The second thing I really appreciated was the communication between the salon and me. They gave me excellent directions to the salon; they confirmed the appointment and even reconfirmed a day before. I also liked the fact that their rates where competitive. The atmosphere at the salon is awesome! Everyone seemed to genuinely like and want to be there! I was greeted with a warm welcome and introduced to the stylists. There was fun, uplifting music playing. The stylist took me right away and was always pleasant and smiling. I'm really happy with the way my keratin came out and have already made another appointment to get my hair colored. It's so nice, and rare, to find a place that makes you feel as though you've been going there forever on your very first visit! I highly recommend Whatever Salon! Not only will you be thrilled with your hair, but you'll also walking out smiling and feeling as though you've just had a visit with an old friend!

Best salon experience I have ever enjoyed. Being a native New Yorker and having visited the most exclusive salons in NYC, Whatever Salon is, by far, the best salon experience I have ever encountered. From setting up my appointment, which had me nervous as to what I was going to experience, since it was all set up via WhatsApp, to arriving to the tightly secured location - the parking lot is guarded and watched vigilantly by the man, who is Aixa's right hand, to the hair washing experience with Aixa's assistant, to Aixa's exceptionally professional expertise in styling and designing my haircut. I was left so completely satisfied with this salon experience that I will continue to recommend Aixa and her services. I could not believe that a salon like this existed. Thank you to the gentleman at the front desk, who set up the appointment and guarded the salon's entry and exit and gave me tembleque and offered me refreshments. Thank you to the lovely young lady, who washed my hair like no one has ever washed it before. You were fantastic, and I hope my tip showed my gratitude. Thank you to Aixa, who gave me the most memorable salon experience I have ever encountered. Truly, Whatever Salon is a place worth every penny to visit. You will not regret going. Thank you!!
