Really a 10/10 experience. They have absolutely everything you need, the service was incredible and the experience was enjoyable and fun. We did the UTV (1 hour long) and it’s definitely one of our Puerto Rico trip highlights.

We did the 2 hour ATV ride today as a family. Our tour guide Harry was outstanding! We would highly recommend this to any family looking for some true fun in the rain forest.
We loved our experience at ATV. Our tour guide Kenny was amazing. He taught us about the places in PR and about the culture. Also, the river was very nice and the food was amazing! Definitely recommend!
Overall it was fun but a few issues that I would want to be aware of before I booked this tour…
First… we paid for the swim at the end. We weren’t told that we couldn’t swim until we parked our UTVs! They said the “river was unsafe“ due to the rain. Refused to give a partial refund. I understand that they have no control over weather issues, but no one communicated this to us until we asked at the end of the tour.
Second… The tour was supposed to be two hours, we came back 20 minutes early. They said to make up for not having the opportunity to swim, that our group was given more time to ride the trails. This didn’t really seem to be the case. You spend about 1/2 of your time on the trip stopped talking and taking breaks. For anyone who is experienced in driving UTVs, this seemed a little excessive to have that many breaks and just seemed to be a way you fill time. The time spent on the trails seemed to be short.
Overall, the tour guides were knowledgeable and fun.
