Sailh’s Paradise Horse Riding

This was the first time for some of us riding a horse. They were very clear in explaining all the riding rules. I appreciated so much that our guides were up and down between all of us to ensure everyone was safe and felt comfortable. One of my kids was very nervous and by the time we made it to the water, he looked comfortable and confident. The guide will take pictures and videos for you. Riding in the water truly felt like out of a movie. Would totally recommend it for novices and experienced riders.

This was nothing short of a magical experience- my boyfriend and I had a private tour on these sweet (and sometimes sassy) horses and had the absolute best time with our tour guide. They made sure to take lots of pictures for us (on our own phones too - so you don’t have to wait to share how awesome it was with people back home!) and we went in so many different areas of terrain - the beach, cliff side, black sand beach, a little creek area, and a little on the road itself. Truly one of our favorite experiences while we were in Vieques! Don’t think about twice about booking this!!

What an incredible experience! It was the highlight of my Vieques trip. If you're looking for an unforgettable adventure, I highly recommend the black sand beach horseback riding tour withs Sailh’s Paradise. To start off, the customer service was phenomenal. I (stupidly) waited until the last minute to make my reservations. I was disappointed to see the day I wanted was fully booked. However, after calling them, they said they were opening an extra time slot and promptly sent a booking link. This level of customer service truly set the stage for an amazing outing. The tour itself was nothing short of spectacular. We rode along the stunning black sand beach. The sights we passed were unique and beautiful, pictures don’t do it any justice. At certain points the horses were walking right in the water. I recommend wearing crocs or shoes you dont mind getting wet. The journey also took us through a lush, jungle-like path by the beach, adding an exciting and scenic dimension to the ride. This tour is very beginner-friendly. Most of the people on our tour had little to no experience with horses. I surprised how fun and easy it was to ride a horse. I also loved the fact we got to control the horses ourselves. The horses were well-behaved and easy to manage (although stubborn at times). A seasoned rider would probable enjoy this tour as well based on the unique scenery. The guides were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire experience. We stopped at some scenic spots and they took pictures of all of us with our phones. They were knowledgable of the horses and trail and would answer any questions we had. I felt at ease with our guides being there. Overall, this black sand beach horseback riding tour exceeded all expectations. From their accommodating customer service to the beautiful scenery and wonderful guides, it's an absolute must-do!

A highlight of our stay in Vieques so far. It ended up being a private tour with just my husband and I and we had a blast with our guide Victor and our trusty steeds, Douglas and Charlie. Victor clearly has a gift with horses and was great at explaining to us how to ride. He also has a great personality. We were cracking jokes the whole time. He also offered to take pictures and videos of us on the ride so we got some amazing content / memories! Highly recommend booking this black sand beach tour.

Our tour was incredible! Our guides Jasmine,Tulu (not sure if this is correct spelling), and Manuel are amazing, we weren’t super experienced with horseback riding but they were so patient with us. Took so many photos for group of us too. The horses are so cute and easy to work with. We took the afternoon 4pm tour and view was STUNNING. Would definitely recommend to everyone!
