There's not cero stars option. Went there for breathing problems with my asthma, left me sitting in the lobby for more than 5 hours , nobody check my lungs , i get blood test, my results came back bad, they decide to admitted me , 3 days later i was still in the ER uncomfortable bed , after 2 blood transfusion, an antibiotic, i was told that hematology oncology will come to see me , never came. An internist pass by and said she will get a room for me , i have clogs on my legs for my thicker blood and really bad pain ,i couldn't move , was crying of pain nobody do anything . Room never came , 14 room available and they give it away to people that arrives 2 days after me. So Saturday morning i decide to signed off my admission. So they didn't give me any paper, not results, not doctor came to talk to me to explain anything, i call to request the results of all my test or medical record and they said since i was the one who decide to leave i can't get any records. I have to go through all this process again with my PCP without knowing if I have a clog on my brain , heart, legs, like the doctor practitioner told me when i came in at first i couldn't breath well because my body was forcing pumpin blood and i Was on so much risk of a heart attack , stroke or even cancer since my white platelets was 1,175,000. But their humaless touch and laws makes it hard for people to want to come back here again or recommended .
I would give them a “0” but the stars start at 1. I waited 3.5 hours in the emergency room and finally saw the doctor. Many patients left without being attended. Never go to this emergency room at 9:00PM or after because the doctor’s shift changes at 11:00 PM and the doctors stop attending patients at around 8:50 and they start the new shift at 11:00 PM and the new doctors don’t start attending patients until 1:00 AM. Terrible
Very well maintained and clean, the staff are friendly and the service is topnotch
and all that is missing are cellphones charging in the waiting area and that the EV charging stations are put to work .
After my wife having a medical procedure performed here everything went well although when she had to stay overnight that’s when everything changed, that’s why I changed to two stars, she was bed ridden and needed help so she called the nurse and no one showed up until the next day , the TV remotes don’t work, so no TV service either, they never gave her the medication she takes at night and in the morning, I feel they need to improve there nursing care, this does not par with Orlando healths values nor there standard operating procedure.
I see so many bad reviews and they are far from my experience. Family member was hospitalized for more than a week and everything was fabulous. I stayed in the room basically the whole day and night. For me, it was a 5-star.
If I could put 0 stars I would. Since I got to sign up until I left there was no organization in the attention. You had to wait almost 2 hours for each process to follow. I don't recommend it because they don't give importance to the health. I don't know if the employees are too young or the director doesn't have an order over his employees.
