I'm giving a 1 because I'm not dead, yet. I had hip replacement surgery today. Let's start with the preadmission process. 4 different early morning tripss to sit and wait because appointments mean nothing here. Each visit was information that contradicted a previous visit. Over 15 hours, including the 1-hour one way trip total to watch different people hand write the same information. Not a single copy accurate. The day of surgery I find out that this is general a esthetic, bit a spinal with medication to sedate. I was promised I would be asleep. I was so awake I could have assisted. I tried to all for more medication, but withe the plastic sheet put over my face muddled my volume or the near didn't speak English. I was assured all nurses do. This is a lie. In recovery I asked for pain meds as advised. Ask for meds as soon s you feel the spinal wearing off. I was told when I get to my room. 30 to 45 min late I was taken to a room. I again asked for the meds. It took over 90 min. For my husband to hunt someone down. That's nearly 3 hours from when I said I needed it. We were informed she is the only nurse on the floor. Do, if I have to use the bathroom I need to figure out how to get on and off a bed pan my self. And if I miss, there's no clean sheet coming. I sit in my filth. You bring your own bedding. I've now been on my back since 8 am. My back hurts as bad as the bone i had sawed because my bed doesn't work right. At this point I have no idea why I couldn't go home. Not a single staff member important to my car speaks English. Patients rights say I get an interpreter. I didn't even get a mask before Mackie relaxant and services. Haven't eaten for nearly 24 hours and the only water I've gotten was the 3oz cup that comes with a drug. And my iv, which is almost empty. I've asked to soak to a supervisor. Pretty sure that will not happen. It's now day 2, the roommates drip buzzer ran for nearly 2.5 hours, starting around 4 am. Even the doctor called to report. My pain meds are evwry 4 hours. I was due at 5. Its now 6:50 a.m. and nothing. And, the call button on the bed doesn't work, or they're ignorant. Who knows. This place sucks l Still no word from a supervisor. Still no care that is being translated. Just got my 2 pills. But no water.

The worst hospital and the worst staff I have ever been to in my life. If you are visiting and need emergency help, go anywhere else. I was on the verge of what felt like dying and my fiance was super emotional and the doctor had the nerve to ask “are you crying?” In the most condescending way. I wish I would’ve gotten them name of that doctor. Every staff I interacted with was truly horrible. You all should be ashamed. God would be ashamed of all of you.

This is 2025 and this hospital still operates like it's in the 19th century. How dare you treat patients the way you do! You then leave patients in hallways for more than 24 hours, and patience have to bring their own sheets and pillow cases, their own gowns and robes, pure negligence! The bathrooms look like latrines, and you use portable air conditioners to cool each area.

Anyone saying they got a decent service from this hospital is lying. I've been to the ER here multiple times for the same issue and they have left me to rot in the hallways for 12+ hours every time as my body fails to retain any foods and liquids and I keep throwing up every little thing I consume. Not to mention they keep saying "the doctor will be with you shortly" yet somehow they don't show up for the whole 12 hours I'm dying on a bed left in the hallways. Then to top it off since I'm a disabled veteran and they know the money for my care will be paid, so they try to keep me from leaving by making up excuses and giving false promises. I would rather die before I set foot in this hospital again and I'm not exaggerating when I say that. Last time I was there and I get fed up with waiting after 10 ish hours they sent 4 different nurses to tell me different reasons why I shouldn't leave and all 4 of them saying to just wait cause the doctor was just around the corner. Yet the doctor was nowhere to be found.

My husband was brought in with severe sciatic nerve pain and was treated quickly. The staff was cordial and polite. The only down side is the parking for visitors, my goodness is so far away ! And very scarced. If you have trouble walking like me, this will feel like a steep hike.
