There system does not work...give the elderly patients an appointment.instead of them sitting 6 hours for 2min visit. .stop having the elderly have to pick up there own test results and have to take it to the doctor.that's what fax machine is for. the workers need to do there job.not the patients. We are in the year 2025 not 1900 it time to get with the program....The worker schedule the patient appointments and give them a time to come. Have some consideration for the elderly.
Has anyone else had issues with the parking personnel here? the ticket machine that takes your ticket at the exit seems to eat the parking tickets up. When we asked for help, a lady started accusing my husband of trying to leave without paying. She refused to believe the machine ate the ticket even though it happens almost every time we go. She then called security and had my husband prove he’s not stealing our car demanding car registration. is this allowed? especially when they know the machine eats the parking tickets. The treatment he faced from them was disgusting. They wanted to treat him like a criminal, meanwhile our family member was in the ER and he just wanted to leave so he could bring them back a blanket. unfortunately this experience tainted the whole visit with regret for choosing this hospital. We did not feel welcomed or safe there.
Very sad the service but can't completely blame all the staff. How is it possible for nurses to do there jobs when they are getting more than 20 patients a shift. Not having the write equipment for patients. All these bad reviews are on administration not running a safe and proper care for patients or their staff.
I went here to have an MRI done for my Kidney’s. They only take the first 20. No appointment needed for MRI but you have to be there early. The line gets long. It’s first come first serve. This department opens at 6:30A. I was in line by 3:30A. By 4:00A others began walking in. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Come to find out this is actually the hospital my mom was born. :-). It takes 3 days and you go back to the same place and make the same line to pick up results.
I’m from Florida but my sister is living in Manati.She been there so many times for the same issue.This Hospital is like a third World Hospital because of the many issues.One time she went emergency and sat in the emergency room in a chair for Three Days !!!!! Is this normal ??? Another time they see her Awesome Medical Plan ,and they wanted to keep her for weeks without treatment just giving her wrong diet to sabotage her health longer .How scary is this that you are supposed to be in the trust of the Hospital and Doctor..Wellness is not in this facility and you Not SAFE ,No Rating.Cleaness is way below code .#ManatíHospital #0 .The only reason I had to give it a star too post
