The place wasn’t bad or dirty but definitely needs a little more attention. The room had no windows and the toilet seat was so old and stained. Kind of felt like I was staying at a hostel. They advertise there’s a cafe and food and drinks here there is not at all there’s a vending machine. The ac in room worked very well but the beds were cheap and hard. Staff was nice and location was good

Beautiful boutique style hotel in the heart of Viejo San Juan. Very romantic with awesome rooftop amenities. The standard room is quite small compared to photos online with minimalist accommodations. If you're traveling with a rental, there is no onsite parking, you'll have to park in a garage a block over. Overall, had a great experience here for a single night.

I’ve stated at Casa Blanca Hotel on two occasions now and I really enjoy how charming this place is. It isn’t the most modern but come on, who goes to Old San Juan for modern. You go there to get lost in history, art, and culture. So I love how rich this area is. The hotels location is right at the heart of Old San Juan, walking distance from a myriad of restaurants, bars, parking (if you rent a car) and the Morro Fortress and museums. It’s perfect for a couple days stay in San Juan.

The staff was AMAZING! The food from Cafe Mimosa was good. I only had breakfast once and I was very satisfied with it. The rooms could have been a little tidy er. Hair in the towels, dirt on the walls, toilet was disgusting, and we couldn't figure out what was biting us or from where, until we pulled the sheets back and saw multiple mosquitoes fly up. Several bites in the hotel room while sleeping but none while we're outside around town. Bit behind ears, back of neck, arms and legs. We showered b4 bed every night but still got ate up. So we bought big spray to spray the room down. That was my only grief about the hotel. Ended up taking some mosquitoes in the suitcase to home which really pissed me off. Also, house keeping came to replace towels and only replaced one when there were 2 of us in the room, but luckily Walgreens was down the street

We were in San Juan for a wedding Memorial Day weekend. Initially staying at a Vrbo. The power went out and had no help/support from them. Walked up the street to Hotel Casablanca looking for an alternative and Gabriella saved the day. She was able to secure us 2 rooms for the rest of our stay during a very busy holiday weekend. And even called the power company for us to find out more details as to why our power was out. The customer service went above and beyond to help our party. The hotel is very cute, great location and nice people who work there.
