We made the reservation, and 20 minutes later we were at the hotel. Angie and Alex were super helpful and kind even though our reservation was super last minute. The room, location, and rooftop bar were amazing. The room we stayed in had a jacuzzi. The rooftop restaurant had amazing views, food, and the drinks, PHENOMENAL. To me, the best part was that all the staff was super friendly, made great conversation every time we stepped out to the lobby, gave great recommendations of cool activities to do nearby, and safety tips. Johnny was also great! These are just the names of the staff I remember, but everyone treated us with kindness, respect, and made us feel super safe. Thank you so much for letting us stay here, and can’t wait to come back!!!
The experience here was great! Front desk was amazing at helping accommodate our changes since we extended our trip twice because it’s just so great over here!! They were very sweet and always open so thank you to- Paola B., Paola D.P, Angelica, and Alex!! Our breakfast was brought to us always on time and was delicious! We had lunch at the rooftop restaurant and our server sunny was an amazing time and gave us a great experience!! I highly recommend it here!
The staff was amazing. They were very professional and courteous and did their best to accommodate our needs. I loved my interaction with the Manager. The rooms are clean. We upgraded to the Presidential Suite because the other rooms were just a block of square cement with curtains. The breakfast doesn’t arrive on time so pick an earlier arrival time for breakfast. The pool is small but has amazing views. Drinks were delicious. I would go back to Ciqala as long as I have a Presidential Suite. If you are looking for resort amenities this would not be your vibe.
Overall great experience for the price! The front desk staff, especially Angie were excellent and quick to answer any questions we threw at them. Breakfast was served almost whenever you liked and there were so many options to choose from. This location is one last plus you were out of the highly populated area and yet everything was only a 15-30 minute walk and with access to electric scooters the options were endless. I would stay here again for another great time!
Booked hotel the same day. Arrived within 15 min. The room they assigned me wasn't ready(completely understandable) they switched me to new room immediately. Transportation to the beach was effortless. The complimentary breakfast was good. I had a late flight home. The hotel held my luggage while I enjoyed the island until my flight. I would definitely stay here again.
