The room we stayed in was truly exceptional – spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere throughout the hotel felt cold and unwelcoming. The front desk staff were shockingly indifferent and unfriendly, to the point that we seriously considered turning around and leaving. During our entire stay, not a single staff member showed even the slightest courtesy or interest in the guests. Aside from the lovely room, everything else fell short – no warmth, no hospitality, no value for the price. For what this hotel charges, the experience is simply not worth it.
I will start with a criticism: I have stayed there on multiple occasions and I have NEVER been able to bathe with hot water, not even lukewarm no matter the time of day or when I was staying. This is a horrible failure. On the other hand, the location is very central if you do activities in the west or south area of Puerto Rico. The rooms are comfortable. They have a refrigerator and provide shampoo, conditioner, cream and soap in the bathroom. The parking lot is ample although not the best if the hotel is full because it has a sandy area and if it rains it is a little uncomfortable to go out. The restaurant serves great food and the casino is good.

Placed notes to clean the room but coming back from what fun we had on the island, we would see the room not swept, beds not folded right. Pillows in disarray. We brought it to attention to the cleaning people that happened to be there and a lady that claimed did our room came back at us in a defensive manor saying she was pregnant and can't lift much. You have no idea how I held back to let her know that it was not "FREE" to me. I went to the front desk and explained. So it looks like they took matters because things looked better when we returned. Even though throughout our stay the front desk was not as attentive as they have been in times past.
I also mentioned about the room safe was not working. Front desk told me they will take care of it. Came back in evening, still the same. Mentioned it again. Nothing! Seems they did not care.
I am a little skeptical if i should consider a stay here again
My son's baseball team was here for spring training. What a disaster... No hot water in the rooms for the entire week! Food was never hot. And electrical power was shoddy. Sheets were not clean, never changed nor were the towels. Don't stay here.
Let's talk..from the moment get in the front desk..no friendly welcome..really this front desk people..don't care if the hotel has a good or not evaluation..The Restaurant Bovarada..first a ig delay to serve the drinks..have to call them for the serving..The food not hot..And when received the bill had a wrong bill and after that they gave me another wrong bill..so have to make a new bill..and at last they gave me the correct one..The room only one mini bar soap..so had to go to the front desk to give me a couple of more soaps. This all the first day..
