    We hosted a corporate event at the hotel and had an outstanding five-star experience. The Royal Ballroom is elegant, spacious, and versatile ideal for corporate functions, weddings, or any special occasion. The service during the event was flawless: the staff was attentive, professional, and extremely well-coordinated. Everything ran smoothly, and our guests were thoroughly impressed. I also stayed at the hotel for the weekend and had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The highlight was definitely the stunning lagoon view from my room, which added a beautiful and relaxing touch to the whole experience. I highly recommend this hotel both as a venue and for accommodations. I would absolutely return!

    I stayed for a week at the Hilton Garden Inn and overall had a pleasant time. The hotel room was spacious and clean. I was located on the seventh floor and had a balcony view of the pool and a lagoon. Each day, the housekeeping did a great job and cleaning the room and making it spotless. The AC worked perfectly and kept me cool during the evening. I also utilized the pool area which is great to take a dip or to relax by the lagoon. They also have a hot tub, where are the jets worked about 50% of the time. I didn’t really mind though. One complaint is that I found little buggies crawling on the nightstand. I did not get bit whatsoever so it just might be the local insect that came in when I open the balcony door, which is inevitable. You can also take the overpass to the sister hotel across the street to use their outdoor pool and have access to the beach. First you need to get a wristband at our pool station though. The price point is a little steep for what you are getting, but understand that this is a popular hotel spot and the price is reflected accordingly. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again for a pleasant mid range hotel experience.

    We checked in at 3am and there were friendly staff to welcome us. In fact everyday there were employees at the front to assist guests. Upon arrival walking into the room the balcony was amazing for our first time in Puerto Rico. The river and city lights were flawless with no filter needed in those pictures. The room was a bit small and the bathroom even smaller but the decor was very cute and well kept. House keeping was friendly and in our floor daily if needed. The pool was a perfect temperature with free towels for guests. Plenty of chairs to lounge and enjoy the view. We were even able to view an outside wedding from our balcony one of the days and it was lovely. The free continental breakfast was very simple but having to upgrade for bacon and sausage and a scoop of eggs was a bit much at $15 a plate. The connecting hotels is a plus as they have a shared pool and water side property (not shown in these pictures to not confuse the review) but definitely worth checking out on your stay. There is a parking fee when you stay so beware but there was plenty of parking. This location is great for a 15 min walk to plenty of places to eat and chill and don’t forget a simple cheap ride via uber to anywhere in San Juan. I’m talking under $10 cheap each time we did it. I would have no problem staying here again as there wasn’t anything wrong with our stay.

    I will never stay here again. The amount you book online does not include the resort fee. When I checked it, they put a hold on my account for exactly what I booked. Told me that unless I order food to the room or break anything, additional charges will not be applied. Also they gave me a card that stated I would be receiving discounts on different amenities throughout my stay. One of the discounts was for the restaurant. That night I ate at the restaurant and didn’t get the discount. When I asked about it they said I had to carry the card with me at all times to get it (I was never told that). They also recommended I follow up with the front desk. I followed up with the text message service and was told that there was nothing they could do about it and I would not be receiving the discount for the night. THEN when I checked out of my room I noticed that they charged my card an extra $400+. I called them 10xs, left a voicemail, and emailed them. I never heard back. The only good thing I can think of is it’s location. If you value your money and customer service on vacation, do not stay here.

    The hotel is great. Our room was fantastic the pool is awesome and the bar is very nice with great bartenders. The restaurant not so much. Twenty five dollars for a breakfast buffet that was not as good as what I would have gotten for free at a Hampton. The snacks and drinks for sale near the front desk was an ordeal for them to handle also. Instead of the desk clerk handling the sales of these items the desk clerk would push a button and a mere 30 minutes later someone from the restaurant would come and take your card or charge to your room (no cash)
