Absolutely perfect location to enjoy the beach and El Poblado! Both within walking distance, so many options for food and fun. Couldn’t ask for a more convenient spot. Great pool, nice small water playground for the little ones. They also have a small bar/restaurant at the pool. I will certainly stay here again.

First of all super clean rooms, good service, we stayed in a 6 capacity room, verify spaceful, had everything required. Pool was clean, had access to the beach and the "Poblado" Downtown. Had a great time.

The hotel is not super fashion; rooms are ok and areas are somewhat well maintained. On the other side, the room had capacity for 6 people and had a full kitchen. The location is prime, since you have a lot to choices to go; you park in the hotel and no need to move the car. You can walk to the beach or the town, just within 5 - 8 minutes from the pool gate. Is really comfortable ans super friendly. Have a Gym, some arcade machines and the pool bar restaurant is really nice

We stayed for one night last night. This place is great for family and friends vacation for sure. We were just couple traveler. The parking a bit different than other places we’ve been. We had to give our car key to the front desk in case someone need to get out. The room has mini kitchen with basic cutlery plates, small mug, dish detergent, paper towel, coffee maker. There were microwave and small fridge. We got 2 full bed since they didn’t have a king or queen available at the time. Our room with the balcony. Bathroom with bathtub not walk in shower. Big space for closet. This place has pool also unfortunately we didn’t have the chance to use it. In our experience with shower, they didn’t really have hot water at this place not sure what happens there. I let water running for a while to see if the water will get to the temperature I need but nothing, only very little warm. Lastly, the room where we stayed they didn’t have connection for charging my phone next to the bed (table in the middle between 2 bed) I had to charged my phone on the desk next to the TV, the one that has mirror. Nothing to complain about any front desk crew.. all good there.

Nikk needs to be acknowledged !!! His guest service is absolutely 100 % top notch ! I cant say enough about the security, FRONT DESK STAFF . THEY HAVE MADE THIS TRANSITION FROM A NIGHTMARE AIR BNB a breeze . They were smiling upon arrival which gave me hope things were about to get alot better . Then they offered recommendations on where to eat and how to get there making it SOOO MUCH BETTER . Beyond grateful they had a room available and the staff has made us feel welcome . The game room, pool and all the other accessible ammenities makes me regret not finding this resort ALOT SOONER . We will certainly be back 100%
