From the moment I arrived at La Concha in San Juan, I knew my stay was going to be special. Jean checked me in with such warmth and professionalism, making the whole process smooth and welcoming. When I got to my room, I was blown away and it was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the ocean view was absolutely breathtaking. A huge shoutout to Bertrand, the bartender, who truly made my stay unforgettable. Not only did he make the best drinks, but he also went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, always bringing laughter and great energy. His hospitality made me feel right at home. Overall, my experience at La Concha was nothing short of amazing. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Juan, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Thank you so much for an incredible stay!

Could not recommend La Concha any more highly! My stay in Puerto Rico was made extra special by staying at this amazing property and especially their amazing staff! I was greeted by Maria, who was so sweet and friendly…what a wonderful warm welcome to start off my trip right! As soon as I arrived in my room she called and saw if I needed anything. These small but lovely touches were seen throughout my stay with this amazing staff. Coral at the lobby bar was awesome too and made a great drink (off menu). As for the property, it was spotless, beautiful and in a great location. I cannot do it justice via writing, see photo and video. You have everything you need on property, but the neighborhood is absolutely an amazing place to explore (and eat and drink)! Puerto Rico has a special place in my heart and a huge part of this is due to my experience at La Concha. Although I booked with free night awards, I feel that this room was a massive value for the price and I would have gladly paid for it. 110% will return here for a much longer stay. A++ outstanding experience

A fantastic oasis in the heart of San Juan! The convenience to the airport is outstanding! The staff speak English and Spanish and are super friendly. The security staff is always nearby under the trees on the beach, which makes even the most nervous guests feel safe. Even going for a walk out in the neighborhood to get supplies and food at local stores felt safe. Everyone seemed to know that tourists were there to spend money and help out the economy. The hotel rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff was GREAT!!! The pool towel people worked hard to make sure there were always clean tables, chairs, and towels ready. Even the gym was beautiful, overlooking the beach, and clean! Will definitely come back here!

Got a great deal on 2 rooms and they put us in 2 different towers. One with a view to the beach and the other overlooking the hotel grounds; both were amazing. Everyone at the Casino, front desk, several restaurants, and around the pool were so helpful and nice. Once we got settled, the pools were a great way to relax and get some sun, while we planned the rest of our adventures for the day. The hotel bar was always busy but never packed and was the perfect place for a nightcap. Highly recommend staying here for business or pleasure.

Had an amazing stay at La Concha Resort in San Juan! The location is unbeatable—right on the beach and walking distance to tons of restaurants, shops, and attractions. The hotel itself is beautiful and vibrant. There are three different pools, each with a unique vibe, plus direct beach access, which made it easy to switch between relaxing by the water and heading out to explore. There’s a casino on-site if you’re in the mood for some excitement, and the nightclub inside the hotel was a fun bonus—great music and energy without even having to leave the building. Overall, La Concha is perfect if you’re looking for a mix of relaxation, nightlife, and convenience. Would definitely stay here again!
